All sales at Stereocity are final, and all deposits are non-refundable. New products come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Cracks on the screen of a radio sold over the counter will not be warranted. Used items are sold as-is with no warranty, unless noted otherwise in writing. Products purchased directly from Stereocity include a 90-day warranty through Stereocity only if the product is installed by Stereocity. Stereocity is not liable for any cracks or damage resulting from sun damage on vehicles that are 5 years or older from the date of the invoice. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions set forth by Stereocity.
